Return Policy

NAHARRI items are carefully selected and we hope you love them as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges.


How to Start a Return

Requesting a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@naharri.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.

Preparing Your Package

Carefully pack the items you wish to return and include the packing slip or order confirmation that was included with your original order if possible.

To ensure smooth processing, we recommend returning each order in its own package. If you choose to combine multiple returns, please include a clear note in the package so our team can process your return correctly.

Shipping Your Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In that case, please contact our customer service team first.

We recommend keeping the tracking number of your return shipment until the return has been fully processed.


Processing Your Return

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected. Processing a return typically takes 5–10 business days.

During busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.


Refunds

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. This process may take up to 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If you have not received your refund after 20 business days, please contact us at info@naharri.com.


Return Conditions

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if:

  • Items have been worn, washed, or used

  • The original hangtag is missing

  • Items have been altered or customized

  • Items have strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor

  • Items are returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Items are returned outside the return period

  • Items were marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@naharri.com and include clear photos of the issue.

Please do not start a return or remove the hangtag before contacting our team first. Once the hangtag has been removed, no claims can be made.

Our team will gladly assist you in resolving any issues to ensure you are fully satisfied with your NAHARRI items.
